Our mobile AI-powered robots enable the automation of complex mixed-load operations that conventional industrial arms could not handle. They can process items of any size or shape, including boxed and bagged goods. With two robotic arms and AGV-powered autonomous navigation, Mech offers an extended reach that covers wide workspaces. It enables seamless operations such as truck loading and palletizing—achieving throughput that exceeds today’s industrial standards.

Lifting heavy items above shoulder height can lead to long-term physical injury.
Mech eliminates that risk with a vertical reach of over 8 feet (2.4 meters), allowing it to safely load cargo to the top of a truck. It can also stack boxes of varying heights in a single, seamless operation—reducing strain and maximizing efficiency.

Each arm can handle up to 30 kg, allowing Mech to process loads of up to 60 kg using both arms. There is no need for prior registration of the load weight. The system measures the weight in real time at the moment of contact and autonomously determines whether to use one or both arms for handling.

MECH has achieved an MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of over 10 years through a strategic partnership with Kawasaki Heavy Industries for the development of its robotic arms. Leveraging an AI platform that continuously updates and synchronizes with systems deployed worldwide, MECH delivers speed, flexibility, and accuracy equal to or surpassing that of human operators.

The Mech rover base features four-wheel steering, enabling it to move, rotate, and navigate slopes with ease. This compact rover is equipped with dual vacuum pumps, a supercomputer, a battery pack, cameras, and world-class sensors and safety systems.

Mech is the industry’s first AI-driven system equipped with tactile and pressure-sensing capabilities. Combined with ultra-low latency torque control at 4 kHz, it achieves human-level dexterity for industrial applications. Mech excels at gently lifting and placing boxes, parcels, and polybags, and can skillfully pack items into seemingly impossible tight spaces.
