Sumitomo Corporation and Dexterity have established a joint venture targeting the Japanese market as their primary focus.

Until now, the two companies have maintained a collaborative relationship, including conducting proof-of-concept trials for Sagawa Express as a sales agent. However, with the aim of further strengthening their partnership, they have officially announced the launch of a joint venture in Japan.

To adapt Dexterity’s outstanding technology to Japan’s uniquely challenging logistics environment, the two companies are rapidly building a collaborative framework. In addition, the new venture will focus on strengthening post-installation customer support services.
